Du Da realigns focus - Farner stake dissolved

In the future, Du Da will focus more on the development of market-oriented and digital products, from concept to design and programming. In the course of this realignment, Farner's shareholding will be dissolved.

The focus of Du Da's reorientation is on mobile apps, web apps, prototyping and services that are cross-media based on technologies such as the blockchain.

Farner Switzerland has established You Da as majority shareholder, has worked closely together over the past three years and has developed several products such as Ecoo jointly launched. In the course of this realignment, Farner Switzerland's participation will be dissolved - but the joint customer projects and the participation in Ecoo will remain, the company says.

"We remain closely connected with Du Da - be it on joint projects or in the context of our investment in ecoo - and support the strategic change of course of Marc van Nuffel and his team."

Farner Switzerland wants to make a significant contribution to the international and Switzerland-wide growth strategy announced in January 2022. further strengthen and expand its own competencies in the digital field.
