True Story now also offers content management

As part of a business expansion, the TrueStory agency is now building on a four-pillar service model. In addition to creation, content and social media, the Zurich-based agency now also offers content management.

"In our industry, it's always about preparing content as quickly, attractively and ready for consumption as possible - in whatever format and on whatever platform," says Michel Bognar, partner at TrueStory. That's why they have also expanded their content service offering in recent years, Bognar continues. For example, by building a photo & video shooting room in the agency basement. "This allows us to offer our clients more and more flexible in-house options in content production," says Norbert Rieger, TrueStory's second partner.

Migros and Amorana as customers

In addition, since 2019 a separate team built up at TrueStory, which takes care of the content management of various customers. This means: creating images and texts, uploading them to customer CMSs, maintaining websites and producing newsletters. "The most prominent client is Migros, for whom we help maintain the Famigros, iMpuls or Engagement platforms, for example. In addition, we are very pleased to now also be able to support Amorana in content management," says Elie Kerbage, third partner at TrueStory. Not least thanks to the Content Management division, TrueStory now has 27 employees, according to the agency.
