Maxomedia helps Swissgrid to a new employer image

For Switzerland's secure electricity future, the national grid company Swissgrid needs the best professionals. To attract them, Maxomedia's new employer branding campaign aims to elevate recruitment to a human, playful and personal level.

At Swissgrid, the national grid company, specialists from over a dozen different disciplines work every day to ensure a safe and reliable supply of electricity. That's why Swissgrid wants to show more of its face with its new employer image and explicitly focuses on human interactions: Everyone benefits from the expertise of others, contributes their own skills and thus makes their contribution to the big picture. This network idea was also the starting point with which Maxomedia, as the responsible communications agency, designed Swissgrid's new employer image.

 

Create connections

The go-live at Christmas and the turn of the year deliberately addresses those highly qualified professionals who are considering a change of job in the new year. The guiding principle of "creating connections" runs in part literally through all means of communication - in the image film, in the Quiz Ads as well as in the video portraits, which offer personal insights into working at Swissgrid.

"A total of 81 employees were in front of the camera. Entire teams provided the technical content for the first wave of the campaign," says Seraina Greb, Client Director at Maxomedia, explaining the direct involvement of employees in the campaign.
