Westiform, ID Néon and Nicklex shine anew as WIN Group

Merger in the world of illuminated advertising, signaling and visual communication: Westiform, ID Néon and Nicklex will in future become the WIN Group. The new group of companies - owned by the Hofmann family - will become one of the most important solution providers in Switzerland.

The owner of the new group of companies is the Hofmann family of entrepreneurs, which has already been successfully active in the industry for many years with the companies ID Néon and Nicklex. The WIN GROUP thus becomes a solution provider operating throughout Switzerland for visual communication covering everything from illuminated advertising, signaling, digital signage and advertising technology to interior design.

The individual group companies will remain independent companies and brands within the WIN GROUP. CEO of the new WIN GROUP is Christophe Hofmann. The management of the individual companies will remain in place, with Christophe Hofmann at ID Néon, Simone Bächle at Westiform and Yves Roy at Nicklex, thus ensuring a stable and sustainable process of the merger.

The targeted use of synergies and investments in promising business areas allow WIN GROUP to further expand the range of solutions offered to its customers, to make its activities more dynamic and to develop new future-oriented products and services. The aim is to achieve sustainable growth.

The strategic focus is on the expansion and natural growth of the individual Group companies. With locations in German-speaking Switzerland and French-speaking Switzerland as well as a site in the Czech Republic, a total of 200 employees work for the Group every day.

The founding Hofmann family says it sees the merger of the companies under one umbrella company as a "strengthening of shared values based on the same DNA: passion for the respective craft, Swiss quality, and sustainable development and growth.
