Kind regards: Damage becomes "Schädeli

Damage has never been so unspectacular: With a launch campaign created by Freundliche Grüsse, Elvia is positioned as the new Swiss online insurance that takes the horror out of any damage.

As part of a new digital strategy, Elvia replaces the previous direct brand Allianz24. Freundliche Grüsse won a pitch for the rebranding and the online launch campaign at the end of 2015. With the new brand identity, the aim was to position Elvia as the online insurance provider in Switzerland. Thanks to Elvia's fast and reliable service, every claim becomes a "Schädeli". This is conveyed with a typical Swiss word construct - the "li".

Skulls are celebrated in two web films. A family at a rest area continues to play cards calmly even after a small "Blechschädeli". Or a pensioner continues to read his newspaper in his living room even during a waterfall-like "Rohrbrüchli".

The films can be seen throughout Switzerland on the microsite, as branding day, Youtube mastheads, prerolls and streaming ads. Even in Google Adwords, the Schädeli campaign continues. FG has also implemented a microsite with competition for existing customers. Further "Schädeli" and campaigns will follow in the course of the year.
