Walder,Werber: Holidays for EKZ Eltop employees

After winning the pitch, Walder,Werber at EKZ Eltop exudes pure "vacation feeling". The eponymous, internal involvement campaign activates the 550 employees to creative peak performance and relaxes them at the same time.

Motivation, togetherness, teamwork and identification with the company - these were the core objectives of the communication concept, according to a statement.

At the heart of the idea are a beach chair and a Online photo contest. All employees were asked to photograph themselves with their own branded beach chair, creatively and humorously staging one of the defined corporate core values. No limits were set for the implementation and interpretation, apart from digital framework conditions.

As a central element, Walder,Werber developed a web special with upload and voting function for the corporate values staged in the picture and chair. Since the launch, EKZ Eltop's employees have demonstrated their commitment anew every day. And the company's credo is to value and promote its own employees as an important component of its success. The photo competition is scheduled to run until mid-September and was already extremely successful in the first month, with many original uploads. The current leader has already received over 900 votes for his picture!

As a further incentive, a winner will be named each week - entirely according to democratic rules. The best, most original, most unique and most humorous uploads are awarded prizes and rewarded with attractive prizes. The crowning glory at the end of the campaign is the overall victory.
