Ringier and RASCH launch "Homeowner" newsletter

The cross-brand newsletter "Homeowner" from Ringier and Ringier Axel Springer Switzerland brings together content from the Beobachter, Handelszeitung, Blick and Schweizer Illustrierte on the wide-ranging topic of living: from property searches and financing to furnishing and maintenance.

With "Homeowner," Ringier and RASCH launch for the first time a cross-brand, comprehensive newsletter on the subject of living. The Corona pandemic has given the home a new significance. The new newsletter now wants to take this into account: Readers will receive curated information on the topic of living from a single source and will benefit from the expertise of the respective media brands: The Observer provides legal substance - for example, what to look for in a home inspection and a purchase agreement - that will Handelszeitung knows facts about financing, the View tells service and conversion stories and the Swiss Illustrated offers home stories. The whole thing is enriched by interviews with experts and personal experience reports.

"With Homeowner, we are breaking new ground by combining the various content ecosystems of our media brands in a single product for the first time. Thanks to different core competencies, the topic is covered in a multi-faceted way and we fulfill the user need for comprehensive information and inspiration," says Alexander Theobald, CEO of Ringier Axel Springer Switzerland.
The German language newsletter consists of 15 episodes and is published free of charge on a weekly basis starting on Thursday. It can also be subscribed to later "on demand. Readers can start with the first of 15 chronologically structured episodes on any registration date.

Launching partners of the "Homeowner" project are the home ownership platform Liiva, a joint venture of Mobiliar and Raiffeisen, and the craftsmen's network Buildigo of Mobiliar. They are present in the newsletter with selected content as well as with their experts.
