The submission phase for the MAX Award 2021 has started

Agencies and advertising companies from German-speaking countries can now enter their best dialog marketing work in the race for the MAX Award 2021.

Participants can choose from 27 categories, which are grouped into the subject areas of Brand Activation, Consumer Lifecycle and Data & Digitalization and cover the entire spectrum of modern dialog communication. In addition, the Microsoft Special Award "AI in Customer Dialogue" will once again be presented and, for the first time, the Corona Special Award "Customer Dialogue in Times of the Pandemic".

At MAX, a panel of experts will first make a pre-selection of all submitted work in terms of creation and efficiency and determine the shortlist. The final ranking of the cases is then decided by a public online vote.

DDV President Patrick Tapp is convinced that dialog-based communication is particularly important in the current situation: "In times of the pandemic, dialog-based communication is practically the only way for companies and brands to maintain contact with consumers and thus remain relevant. This makes it all the more important for agencies to submit their best campaigns to MAX and demonstrate their skills. The MAX focuses attention on dialog marketing as an effective and desired form of communication by consumers and gives the entire industry a face."

Works that make it onto the shortlist collect important points for the creative rankings of Horizont (factor 2), Red Box (factor 2) and W&V (factor 1). The submission deadline for normal fees is February 19, 2021.
