Maybaum Film: Recruitment for Axpo

"Stable jobs - for stable people": With this claim, Maybaum Film wants to boost applications at Axpo - and eliminate prejudices.

"Stable" recruitment campaign for Axpo: The Beznau and Leibstadt nuclear power plants, as well as Zwilag in Würenlingen, are looking for skilled workers in a variety of fields. Not an easy task, as they Switzerland wants to phase out nuclear energy in the next decades. With an employer branding video, recruiting ads and a new landing page, Maybaum Film now wants to boost applications and eliminate prejudices. Maybaum Film developed the campaign claim "Stable jobs - for stable people" for this purpose. Because in order to operate a stable power grid and safe nuclear power plants, reliable personnel are needed. And they are offered a stable, secure job.

The film deliberately plays with retro aesthetics. Instead of trying to focus only on the new, modern aspects, 70s design and architecture were deliberately staged. In order to find the most exciting locations and familiarize themselves with the demanding safety regulations, weeks of planning and location visits preceded the filming. The plan seems to have worked: between July and September, video programmatic, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn generated more than 2.2 million video impressions and 912,729 video completions.
