Jung von Matt/Limmat: New life, new normal, Newhome

Jung von Matt/Limmat and the real estate portal Newhome present the new campaign "When your life needs a new home". The spots of the campaign were produced and edited via remote direction and livestreams. The new brand identity of the real estate portal was designed by Jung von Matt/brand identity.

Newhome launched in early summer 2020 with a redesigned and reimagined real estate portal with industry-exclusive features such as the Travel Time feature (Werbewoche.ch reported). The goal: Build a real estate ecosystem for renting and buying properties that picks up everyone from the student moving out of her home to the savvy homebuyer.

 

New normal - no problem

For the new appearance and offer of Newhome, Jung von Matt/Limmat realized an awareness campaign with TV and online spots - during the lockdown. Based on the long-term communication platform "When your life needs a new home", stories are told that we all know: Sometimes everything in life is new and thus attracts even more new things. New hobbies, new ideas, new career steps, new successes, and even a new home. The real estate portal wants to accompany Swiss people when it's time for something new, without problems and with just a few mouse clicks.

The campaign has been online and on TV since mid-August. From mid-September, it will be supplemented by a dynamic banner campaign.
