Personalized campaign

Five products, 24 cantons and sophisticated targeting: Pixels Kingdom is designing a Switzerland-wide Relevant Data Project with Swisscom and Adobe Scene7.

Depending on the canton in which a customer lives and other factors, exactly the right subject is played out. Swisscom's Vivo XL package sends one gigabyte per second through the fiber optic line. An offer that many customers were considering when they took out their Vivo L subscription. They are therefore exactly the right target group to present the Hero product in the best possible light: As regional superheroes.

Vivo subscriber Nina from Bern is shown an advertisement for the matching Vivo package with Bern superhero cape. Vivo subscriber Charles from Geneva, on the other hand, sees the right Vivo package for him. In his language, with his cantonal flag. The parameters "location", "language" and others are individually adapted to each user and thus ensure a personalized fibre optic push campaign with an exceptionally strong customer focus.

This was made possible by the collaboration of three specialists: Swisscom provided the necessary data, Adobe Scene7 programmed the control, and Pixels Kingdom conceived the idea and creative implementation of the campaign. "We are not satisfied with standard solutions, but rather make the most of today's technical possibilities and respond to customer needs," says Pascal Arnold, owner and consultant at Pixels Kingdom. Vania Kaufmann from Swisscom adds: "Pascal and his team are always there to try out new things. I really appreciate this natural approach to new technologies when working with Pixels Kingdom".
