Nadine Pachoud is new partner at Sir Mary

Sir Mary is getting another partner in Nadine Pachoud. She has been with the Zurich agency since 2017 and heads the Business Operations division.

The agency Sir Mary, founded in 2016, is expanding its circle of partners with Nadine Pachoud as of June 1. In her role as Head of Business Operations, she has played a key role in shaping the expansion of the agency in recent years. "Nadine knows the business from a wide variety of perspectives and perfectly combines professional expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset for us. Her appointment as Partner underlines our ambition to attract the best in the industry to Sir Mary for the long term," says Maurizio Rugghia, co-founder and Managing Partner of Sir Mary, explaining the decision.

Pachoud joined Sir Mary in 2017 as a senior consultant and was responsible, among other things, for the strategic management of the long-standing Allianz Suisse account. The 42-year-old has been Head of Business Operations since 2019 and reports directly to the Executive Board. In her role, she is not only responsible for all facets of Finance & Controlling, but also manages the entire Employee Journey from an HR perspective and takes care of organizational and process-related issues. She thus plays a key role in cross-disciplinary collaboration. With a degree in media studies, she began her career as a consultant at Branders and has since worked in the communications industry.

The circle of partners at Sir Mary now consists of Vanessa Habisreutinger, Nadine Pachoud, Florian Beck, Tino Elsener, Fabian Habisreutinger, Nicolas Hostettler, Maurizio Rugghia and Daniel Zuberbühler.
