Eyeonx: New Zurich startup for online advertising

Patrick Stüssi and Dario Piccinno want to shake up the online industry with their startup Eyeonx. While advertising and marketing on the web is a black hole for many, the two founders focus on transparency and fair prices.

With each other instead of against each other, transparency instead of hidden margins: The Zurich-based startup Eyeonx has set out to break new ground in online marketing. The two founders Patrick Stüssi and 30-year-old Dario Piccinno want to show that display and banner ads can also be used innovatively, efficiently and purposefully. Something that is not always the order of the day in the Swiss online advertising market. "Many customers don't really understand the online advertising sector at all," says Stüssi. This is because a lot of things seem complicated. "But it's not witchcraft and we therefore also want to play with our cards on the table," says the 29-year-old.

Many years of experience

The two founders know each other very well: Patrick Stüssi held executive positions at Adwebster, Tradedoubler or Instance. The lack of delivery and price transparency was his main motivation to start his own business. Dario Piccinno, responsible for sales at Eyeonx and former colleague of Stüssi at Adwebster, adds: "I only want to sell premium branding products that I can stand behind 100 percent." After all, success with the customer is just as much a success for him.

The eye, contained in the name Eyeonx and at the same time advertising medium of the company, casts its glance on brands. It does this with large-scale advertising media, a select network and a transparent way of working. So that in the future people will also cast their eyes on the startup of the two young Zurichers.
