Leo Burnett: August 1 promotion for Emmentaler

Leo Burnett Switzerland realized a 1 August campaign for Emmentaler Switzerland with wrestling king Matthias Sempach.

It's back: the August 1 Emmentaler, a special piece of Switzerland that is only available in the weeks surrounding the national holiday. It is an AOP Surchoix, produced by the ten best Emmentaler cheesemakers. Equipped with a cheese label that artfully illustrates the celebratory speech of a prominent citizen. This year, wrestling king Matthias Sempach wrote the speech to the nation. It was available via QR code on the packaging and from July 31 on Emmentaler.ch to see.

Every purchase in the Coop also gave the chance to win a weekend in Emmental. The promotion was advertised with a TV commercial, advertisements and on-pack stickers.
