Publicitas with new CFO
The management of Publicitas will be strengthened by Marius Rispeter, Chief Financial Officer. He succeeds Rüdiger Petrikowski, who is stepping down as Chief Financial Officer at his own request.
Marius Rispeter most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of Versatel, a telecommunications provider in Germany, with responsibility for Controlling, Purchasing & Logistics, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Capital Markets & Treasury, Accounting & Compliance and Tax. In this role, Rispeter was instrumental in the repositioning of the company, its sale to KKR, a global investment firm, and most recently the privatization of the company. Before joining Versatel in 2007, he worked for nine years in various finance functions at Deutsche Telekom.
The business graduate will take up his duties as CFO and member of the Management Board of Publicitas on June 2, 2014. Alain D. After two and a half years as CFO of Publicitas and four years as Head of Corporate Finance & Strategic Projects at PubliGroupe, the current CFO Rüdiger Petrikowski will leave the company at his own request at the end of May 2014.
