The House Agency and DD Com: Yeti Campaign

"No one goes further" - true to this motto, The House Agency and DD Com are promoting the new Skoda Yeti with a national TV, print and digital campaign.

The well-known SUV is staged as an off-road adventurer that takes on every challenge in the city and on rough terrain. Offline, the focus is on the international TV spot. It presents the many advantages of the new Skoda Yeti, awakens a sense of adventure and invites the viewer to break out of everyday life with the OFF-Road function. A matching tag-on draws attention to the associated online competition "Win Weekends With Friends".

From January 24 to March 16, 2014, users will have the chance to enter on the mobile-enabled microsite Yeti.skoda.ch win one of four adventure weekends. Participants set up a group via Facebook Connect, select their desired weekend and then invite up to three friends to join them. The groups then have to promote their respective weekend on Facebook and collect likes. The group with the most likes wins each weekend. After each of the four weekends, an experience report is published on the microsite describing the impressions of the winners. Through this storytelling mechanism, interested parties will be made aware of the new Skoda Yeti even after the end of the campaign and will have the opportunity to benefit from the testimonials' experiences.

The microsite, on which the TV spot and vehicle information can also be found, is supported by various digital measures. In addition to a public report on Blick.ch, various Facebook-ADs, various IAB advertising media were realized to promote Yeti.skoda.ch accordingly. The IAB formats link to the product page at the 1st contact and to the competition page at the 2nd contact.
