Ruf Lanz promotes the Vegi-Metzg from Hiltl

Hiltl opens Switzerland's first veggie butchery at the end of November 2013. Ruf Lanz draws attention to the new offering with two campaigns and satisfied cows.

Hiltl adds a new chapter to its history: Right next to Haus Hiltl at St. Annagasse 18, the Hiltl store with Switzerland's first veggie butchery opened on November 21, 2013. At the "butcher's counter", tofu, seitan & Co. and vegetarian Hiltl specialties such as tartar, Züri schnitzel or homemade cordon bleu are offered for open sale. A release Friday announces the campaign launch for the new store.

Ruf Lanz, Hiltl's long-standing agency, is promoting the new veggie butchery with the two campaigns "Ceci n'est pas" and "Vegi-Schenkel".Ruf Lanz is also turning cows in the Zurich area into advertising vehicles. After all, they would benefit in their own bodies if more tofu, seitan or tempeh were eaten in the future, according to the press release.
