Mediapulse: Superprovisional injunction lifted

The Federal Administrative Court has lifted the super-provisional measures obtained by TV channel 3+ with immediate effect. However, the TV ratings will not be published immediately.

The super-provisional measures applied for around a month ago against the publication of data from Mediapulse television research collected since January 2013 have been revoked by the Federal Administrative Court in St. Gallen. This decision comes into force with immediate effect. Following this decision, nothing stands in the way of the publication of the 2013 TV ratings, as Mediapulse announces on its press portal.

However, due to ongoing discussions between the TV channel 3+ and Mediapulse regarding optimization measures in the new television research, the TV ratings will not be published immediately, according to the press release. Mediapulse will decide in the coming weeks when to publish the available television data.
