Operhaus Zürich: New press officers

Julika Weinecker studied General and Comparative Literature and Cultural Studies at the Justus Liebig University in Giessen before working in the press office of the Staatsoper Unter den Linden Berlin for almost four years. She then moved to the communications agency van Almsick and worked as PR manager for concerts and tours of national and international artists. With immediate effect, she has been appointed press officer for opera and concerts at Zurich Opera House.

Madeleine Wohlfahrt studied journalism and media research at the University of Zurich. She then worked in the PR department of Coca-Cola. As Publicity Manager at The Walt Disney Company Switzerland, she was responsible for the communication of Sony Pictures films. She is now working as Press Officer Ballet at the Zurich Opera House.
