No complaints received so farThe claim that all providers came to the insernet.ch link collection involuntarily is incorrect because it suggests that Insernet in some way exploits third-party advertisements or appropriates third-party added value. In fact, about one third of the providers were included at their own request. Some of them even place their ads on insernet.ch. For the benefit of users and providers, our link collection provides its own services such as researching online ad providers and evaluating the offers, creating an overview by cataloging the offers in categories, editorial commentary on the providers, advertising and more. Significantly, we have not received any complaints so far. Insernet fulfills the same needs in the area of advertisements as the various free industry and local telephone directories, in which all telephone subscribers are also listed "without being asked" for the sake of completeness.
