Melanie Luu, a graduate of the Zurich University of the Arts, worked at 20Minutes Fridaybefore joining Jim & Jim. At the agency, she was responsible for various projects, including for EWZ, Ipso Bildung and Zurich Airport. Because of her achievements and commitment, she has now been promoted to Head of Content. "We are a young and diverse team of individuals who all have their own personalities and skills," Luu said. "I look forward to identifying everyone's strengths, supporting and empowering each team member individually so they can reach their full potential and grow."

Bianca Stofer worked for various agencies during her studies before joining Jim & Jim. She also worked as a freelance content creator and photographer for several years. Later, she concentrated completely on her work in the agency and accelerated her rise by working for clients such as Emmi, Flughafen Zürich or Professionhotelgastro.ch. "Managing creative processes and implementing visions is my passion. I'm up for the daily rush of creativity! So right, Stofer says of her promotion.

The agency is constantly expanding its content and creative team and tries to find and promote young talent. In an era of always-on content, it needs people who have mastered new technologies and at the same time bring that certain something. "Our agency thrives on the passion of creative people who can use the whole spectrum of channels and formats and are not afraid to make the new approaches of cross-channel storytelling palatable to clients! We are delighted to be able to take another development step together with Melanie and Bianca," says Fabio Emch, CEO of Jim & Jim.
