M&A specialist Philipp Lehnen strengthens management team of MYTY Group
Die MYTY Group begrüsst Philipp Lehnen als neuen Head of Corporate Development. Er wird die Bereiche Mergers & Acquisitions sowie Post-Merger Integration leiten und gemeinsam mit dem Investorenteam um CEO David Rost ausbauen.
Philipp Lehnen gained extensive experience in M&A at well-known companies such as Partners Group, DPDHL Group, the investment bank Lincoln International and Schwarz Group. The focus of his work was on international acquisitions in the consumer goods and technology environment as well as in the areas of recycling & waste management. Most recently, he was responsible for building the M&A team of Berlin-based Stryze Group, an e-commerce brand house, as Senior Vice President since 2021.
In addition to the realization of numerous acquisitions, he played a key role in the strategic and operational development of the company. As Head of Corporate Development of the MYTY Group, which is active in various European markets - including Switzerland - he will in future be responsible for placing M&A issues even more firmly within the MYTY Group and for driving forward post-merger processes.
