The decisive piece of the puzzle

As one of the world's leading specialist clinics for paraplegics, the Swiss Paraplegic Center (SPC) in Nottwil enjoys a high reputation. Since its opening in 1990, the infrastructure of the SPC has been constantly adapted and renewed. Now, however, a comprehensive new building and conversion is necessary, because with a bed occupancy rate of around 99 percent, the SPC is reaching its capacity limits.

To finance the extension, the Swiss Paraplegic Foundation also relies on donations. That's why Matter Gretener Lesch has developed an umbrella concept for a series of donation mailings. The first was sent out last March and was dedicated to expanding the capacity of the respiratory medicine department. It dramatized the donation the mailing recipient makes as the critical piece of the puzzle that will fund a larger respiratory care unit.

The same basic visual idea underlies the mailing that the Swiss Paraplegic Foundation sent out in the second week of November. Now the donation is the piece of the puzzle that will allow the financing of the larger sterile intervention room in the pain medicine department. Further donation mailings in connection with the new construction and renovation of the SPC will follow.
