Monami receives content mandate from SBB

Following a selection process by the Swiss Federal Railways SBB, the agency is now helping to manage their social media channels.

Following a cross-divisional realignment and the launch of an SBB-wide social media competence center, the company was looking for a content agency that would work on the social channels together with the in-house team as a retainer mandate with immediate effect. Monami was ultimately chosen. The agency is also responsible for content at companies such as Coop and Swisscom.

The agency is delighted: "Shortly after SBB's confirmation, our heads were already rattling - we are bursting with ideas, looking forward to the many stories and are admittedly very proud of this mandate," says Tim Schaerer, Senior Project Manager and Managing Partner at Monami.

Specifically, the agency, which has around 35 employees and is based in Zurich, Chur and Berlin, will be responsible for the further development of various social channels - partly strategically, but primarily in terms of content. "We want to input ideas as quickly as possible and then implement them. In other words: hands-on - and in the right way," continues Schaerer.
