Bühler&Bühler wins "Manor Youngstars" pitch

Bühler&Bühler hat einen mehrstufigen Pitch um Manor gewonnen. Aufgabe war die Kreation einer Employer-Branding-Kampagne für Lernende. Die Warenhausgruppe will sich damit als attraktive Retail-Ausbildnerin für junge Menschen positionieren.

Bühler&Bühler gewinnt «Manor Youngstars»- PitchManor employs around 8,000 people and currently trains 250 apprentices. The department store group wants to continue offering many young people a promising start to their working lives in the future. For this reason, the company announced a multi-stage pitch for a corresponding campaign. The aim: to address young people in a credible way in order to find potential applicants for future apprenticeships.

Bühler&Bühler convinced with a multichannel concept that meets young people where they are - for example on TikTok, but also at the points of sale. Sherin Keller, Head of Employer Branding & Strategic Recruiting at Manor, is convinced by the idea: "We wanted to link digital channels with POS, communicate in a cheeky and lively way. Bühler&Bühler hit the bull's eye. And the collaboration has already got off to a promising start."
