The "Team Swiss" of the Young Lions Competition 2019 has been determined
Eight young talents from the agencies Jung von Matt, Ogilvy, Publicis, Omnicom and PHD have now been chosen by a jury of ADC members as the most talented young creatives in Switzerland.
They now form "Team Swiss" and will compete against up to fifty other creative teams from around the world during the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity from June 17-21, 2019. After a careful selection process, conducted by Swiss festival representative Weischer.Media and partner ADC Switzerland, the best four teams in the categories Film, Print, Digital and Media were invited to Zurich and prepared for the Cannes competitions at the Bootcamp.
A demanding task awaits the young talents in Cannes: they have to implement a real customer briefing for a specified non-profit organization within just 24 or 48 hours (Film category) and present it to the jury.
Katharina Schoenauer, Lead Brand Development Cannes Lions Germany & Switzerland of the festival representative Weischer.Media: "We are very happy about the high commitment of the young Swiss talents. By participating in the Young Lions Contest and the Cannes Lions Festival, they will gain unique insights and learnings that they can take with them and use for the further development of the industry."
