Jeff: Laureus Charity Night with immersive portal and auction tool.

For the Laureus Foundation Switzerland, Jeff designed a charity night where a venerable foyer became a selfie hotspot and donating went quite easily.

Jeff designed the Laureus Charity Night for the Laureus Foundation Switzerland again this year. In addition to Swiss athletes, international stars such as Tony Hawk and Franz Klammer also presented themselves. Stress, Naomi Lareine and Pat Burgener provided the musical atmosphere.

Instead of the venerable foyer, guests were greeted by an immersive entrance tunnel, the selfie hotspot of the evening. Along the creative bracket "The Future is Now", the main focus was on fundraising. In order to be able to integrate fundraising into the show concept, a tailor-made auction tool was developed. Already in use last year, it was further optimized for this year. Donors were able to bid and donate from CHF 20 up to CHF 78,000 (the largest contribution received via the auction tool) - digitally, in real time and without exposing themselves.

For the Laureus Foundation, the tool is a multifunctional platform to integrate invitation and guest management, cross-system CRM and an intuitive user journey. For the Laureus Charity Night, Jeff is responsible for the 360° event conception and implementation, event design (graphics), dramaturgy of the evening, show conception and direction, sponsoring appearances of the partners, deco staging as well as stage & show design and the web-based auction tool.
