Many of them feel under pressure because of this, which is why around 50 percent occasionally and 11.8 percent even always fake an orgasm. But where does this pressure to come come from? "A large number of articles and studies show that the image we have of sex is completely distorted by what we see in the media and in porn films. There are still many myths and misconceptions circulating - especially in relation to female sexuality," writes the client Bijoux Indiscrets. The erotic products supplier, which specializes in women, is championing the issue with a unique campaign, the "Library of Real Orgasms".

Proximity, the agency responsible for the campaign, writes: "Sound is a powerful creative element. We decided to use it as the basis of our campaign." So they invited anonymous women to share something as personal and intimate as the sound of their own orgasms. "We wanted to give voice to the diversity of female pleasure and show that sex is plural, with many nuances, very different from the version portrayed by the media and porn films." To this end, the agency created the "Library of Real Orgasms". In the library, anyone can upload their orgasm as a sound file. State-of-the-art technology on the website transformed the sound into data art, and thus into a unique work of art.

With the "Data Art" has also already been created an exhibition that travels the largest cities in the world. The exhibition shows a selection of the more than 750 orgasms uploaded to the library from 51 countries. Top uploaders are Spain, USA, Germany, Mexico and Colombia, but the collection also includes orgasms from India, China, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. "Highlight" of the exhibition: the orgasm of Amarna Miller, one of the best porn actresses in Spain and feminist director. An interactive poster was created from her orgasm, the only one in the library that is not anonymous. (nod)
