Rod provides information on Covid 19 vaccination for the FOPH.
As part of the FOPH's vaccination campaign, Rod Kommunikation would like to motivate the public to learn about Covid-19 vaccination.
The federal government's vaccination campaign now also intensifies the population information campaign already launched by the Federal Office of Public Health FOPH in January. The aim of this population information is to inform people in Switzerland as best as possible about the Covid 19 vaccination so that they can form an opinion on the subject of vaccination.
Opinion-forming, in turn, requires being well informed. In order to ensure broad and in-depth information, a new website has been available since January at Bag-coronavirus.ch/vaccinate provides an information portal that differentiates between various aspects of the topic in a comprehensible language. For example, the aspect of why vaccination makes sense, when you can be vaccinated, how you can best plan your vaccination, how the vaccines work and what the side effects can be. The information portal also proactively addresses the most common myths and misconceptions: for example, experts explain in short video sequences how the mRNA vaccines work and that they cannot change anything in the genes, how the vaccines could be developed in a very short time and to what extent the efficacy and safety were nevertheless tested according to regular standards, or why a Covid 19 vaccination does not lead to infertility.
Various communication tools in print, online and video are used to motivate the population to inform themselves on the information portal. The focus of the population information is on doctors and nurses with their names, who will be vaccinated because they want to contribute to the containment of the pandemic. The population information was developed by the campaign team consisting of the FOPH and the Rod Kommunikation agency. All communication tools are on air on different channels.
