Wapico and Rise and Shine Films create new umbrella campaign for PharmaSuisse

In June, the Swiss Pharmacists Association PharmaSuisse launches the new, multi-year umbrella campaign "Ask your pharmacist". It illustrates the range of pharmacy services and urges the population: Ask your pharmacist. The campaign is complemented by a sketch show that tells anecdotes from the pharmacy in videos.

Customers get a good solution to all their health questions at the pharmacy - quickly, without an appointment and, what's more, close by. They do much more than just dispense medicines. This is the focus of the "Ask your pharmacist" campaign and is supplemented by video sketches showing "everyday life" in pharmacies.

Fabian Vaucher, President of PharmaSuisse, the Swiss Pharmacists Association: "Pharmacists are networked primary care providers, guarantors of patient safety, health promoters and, last but not least, employers. This makes them the easy point of contact for their patients and customers in the event of health problems." The visuals and service information for the pharmacies were realized by the Bern agency Wapico, the video sketch show for a new, online-savvy audience by Rise and Shine Films. In addition, a new Facebook audience channel "Your Pharmacist" is being used.

Tom Glanzmann, head of communications for PharmaSuisse, said in a statement, "All good things are simple. 'Ask your pharmacist' is familiar to target audiences, and the poster subjects stand out because of their simplicity while still triggering mental movies."
