Match Communications promotes commercial boom in Altstetten
On behalf of SBB Immobilien, Match Communications implements the campaign for the Letzibach development with an innovative mailing.
Hardly any other district in Zurich has developed as rapidly as Altstetten in recent times. With the new Letzibach development, SBB Immobilien, among others, is also contributing to the development.
Match Communications implemented an unusual campaign to attract commercial tenants. A mailing with the look of a newspaper was sent to about 1,500 company addresses in and around Altstetten. The highlight: The "newspaper" with a cover personalized in picture and text brought the addressees - in addition to important information about the project - the news that they would soon be moving to Letzibach! An innovative, cheeky idea that resulted in numerous positive responses.
In addition to the personalized mailing, Match Communications produced an informative folder for commercial prospects as well as a Landing page with the most important facts and direct response options. In the meantime, most of the commercial space in Letzibach has already been leased.
