Ruf Lanz makes creative use of Trump and Putin for VBZ

Ruf Lanz drives in for the Zurich public transport company with a striking subject. It shows: It's not just the connection between Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin that's under close scrutiny.

The rumors about secret connections between US President Donald Trump and Russia's head of state Vladimir Putin keep the world on tenterhooks. Ruf Lanz uses the two to show that the VBZ connections are also regularly scrutinized. Not by a special investigator, but by someone who looks just as conscientiously: the Zurich electorate. Most recently, they voted in favor of the future streetcar line 8. The new line over the Hardbrücke bridge will allow the extension of line 8 to the up-and-coming Zürich-West district from the 2017 timetable change, thus connecting the Hardbrücke station to the Zürich streetcar network and creating a direct connection between Zürich-West and the Helvetiaplatz/Stauffacher area as well as Paradeplatz. All VBZ connections can be found transparently at Vbz.ch.

The trenchant motif appears on Monday as a double-page spread in 20 Minuten and as a half-page spread in Blick am Abend.
