UP Content: Tuna Productions launches full-service motion picture agency

Fast, uncomplicated and creative implementations - from e-boards to image films - are increasingly in demand. With UP Content, Tuna Production launched a full-service moving image agency in 2020.

"This is our response to the rapidly growing need for visual content," says founder Derya Tuna. UP Content is designed to produce visual content for TV, social networks, websites and events quickly and cost-effectively. The Tuna boss has noticed that customers increasingly have communication needs for which they cannot find a suitable production partner today. They have an exciting message, but don't know in what form and with which partner they can implement it.

At the same time, media consumption habits are changing in the age of digitalization. "It is becoming increasingly complex and challenging to reach the desired target groups in the media," says Tuna. It's about "being ever more focused on a wide variety of channels with tailored messages".

However, today's production structures are far too cumbersome for such tasks. It is also far too expensive to set the entire machinery of an advertising agency in motion for a short social media clip.

UP Content wants to serve this niche. It produces videos and films for all formats - be it video reports, live stories, documentaries or content for online magazines, social media channels, e-boards at train stations, in-flight screens or events. From the idea to implementation, including post-production and finishing, everything is produced in-house at UP Content. UP Content's services can also be combined with those of Tuna production. For example, if different media are to be supplied with uniformly produced content in addition to the classic TV spot.

In addition, with the founding of UP Content, the previous GmbH Tuna Production was converted into a stock corporation and strengthened with an investment in a London film production company.
