Helvetia Immo World: The "comedy men" are now selling a house

The real estate platform Helvetia Immo World cooperates with the podcast "Comedymänner". In the show, the hosts present a real estate offer - and want to sell it.

The real estate platform "Helvetia Immo World," launched in August, is taking a new approach to communication: In a partnership with the Swiss podcast "Comedymänner," hosts Stefan Büsser, Aron Herz and Michael Schweizer will present a real estate offer until November 15, 2022, and hope to successfully sell it in the end. Within the six shows between October 11 and November 15, the comedians want to look for a property and promote it in various audiovisual contributions and social media campaigns.

80,000 hits per week

In each 45-minute presentation, different aspects of financing, insurance and home ownership will be discussed. The troupe's personal experiences will undoubtedly also be included, as Aron Herz has only recently bought his own home himself.

For Immo World, new ways of communicating: "A format like this is an ideal opportunity for us to benefit from the approximately 80,000 hits the podcast generates each week. This media form allows us to illustrate the diversity of our offering with a concrete example," says Markus Bucheli, Head of Marketing & Communications at Helvetia Switzerland.
