Publicis: Swiss brings people and cultures together

Following "Seats for Switzerland", Publicis has once again launched the international campaign "A Swiss Welcome", a 360° activation lasting several months, which has generated a global response since the end of last year.

In the process, Swiss demonstrates that an airline is about much more than just getting people from point A to point B. In the first phase, the company was looking for people around the world who wanted to travel to Switzerland for the first time and be shown around the country by local hosts. People could apply for this on a campaign website. A public vote and a jury were used to determine the winners in the respective countries.

In the second phase, a national call was launched in January to find hosts who were willing to show their personal Switzerland to guests from all over the world. Here, too, people could apply on the campaign website and convince the public and a jury of their hospitality. An exciting sightseeing program also had to be presented.

Finally, over two weekends in March, 17 guests and their entourage flew from all over the world to Switzerland, where they were welcomed by Swiss with a warm welcome event. Here, the guests and their local hosts also got to know each other and then began their joint travel adventure to experience unforgettable moments.

As evidence, the most beautiful and exciting encounters of "A Swiss Welcome" were captured in various personal and authentic films. In addition to great moments, they show one thing above all: that Swiss brings people and cultures together.
