Swiss Sponsorship Awards: The nominations

Bereits zum vierten Mal in Folge präsentiert der «Swiss Sponsorship Think Tank» am 4. Februar 2016 die Verleihung der Swiss Sponsorship Awards in Zürich. Drei Wochen vor dem Event sind nun die Nominierten bekannt gegeben worden.

In addition to the award ceremony, around 100 executives and experts from the marketing and communications sector meet every year at the Swiss Sponsorship Awards for panel discussions, presentations, and a mutual exchange of know-how and experience. This year, the event will take place at the Sonnenberg Convention Center at the Fifa Club in Zurich. The following organizations have been nominated by the jury for the awards for the best sponsorship engagements of 2015 in the categories Sport, Culture, Society and International:

The nominations were made on the basis of predefined criteria such as the originality of the campaign, ROI measurement or activation of the campaign by a jury of nine experts and executives from the marketing and communications sector: Dominique Turpin (IMD), Sébastien Tondeur (MCI Group), Pierre Brunschwig (Bongénie - Grieder), Jürg Kernen (Sponsoringextra), Thomas Schmutz (Aargauer Kunsthaus), Hans-Jürg Rufener (Rufener Events), Thomas Junod (Uefa), Patrick Cotting (CCI Cotting Consulting) and Sebastian Chiappero (Cercle Suisse de Sponsoring).

The Swiss Sponsorship Awards were launched in 2012 by the Swiss Sponsorship Think Tank / Cercle Suisse de Sponsoring with the aim of increasing the professionalism of sponsorships in Switzerland and motivating companies to use this increasingly important corporate communication and marketing tool. The event has already been held successfully three times in recent years and is becoming more and more established on the Swiss sponsorship scene with each passing year.
