Farner acquires change management agency

Farner acquires Enzaim, an agency with six employees that specializes in change communication and organizational development.

Enzaim's customers will continue to be served by their existing consultants. They benefit - just like the clients of the Farner agency - from an even broader range of consulting services.

Enzaim has existed for twelve years and is managed by three partners, Cordula Rieger, Tanja Passow and Nils Rickert. The consulting firm has established itself as an organizational developer with the special disciplines of change communication, organizational culture and change management.

At Farner, Enzaim's experts will form a market unit specializing in change support and thus make an important complementary contribution to the consulting offering, Farner wrote in a statement on Thursday.

"We see an ever-increasing customer need to design and communicate change in such a way that employees are willing to go along for the ride. C-level management has recognized that major change projects often fail and that professional support is an investment in the company's success," says Nils Rickert, previously a partner at Enzaim and now a member of the Farner Consulting management team. Roman Geiser, CEO & Managing Partner of Farner: "By combining the competencies of Enzaim and Farner, we want to once again live up to our reputation of being the most comprehensive agency in Switzerland, offering our clients integrated solutions from a single source. We are tapping into new complementary client markets in HR and organizational development, which we had already identified as growth areas in recent years."

In addition, Enzaim will bring an important partnership to the joint future: Enzaim also represents the international change consulting firm Metaplan in Switzerland. Farner will use this relationship - analogous to the already established partner relationships with other international agencies - for joint business development.
