TBS & Partner: Annual report for Rehaclinic

The annual report looks back on an eventful year and portrays a group of companies with a dynamic growth strategy. Rehaclinic operates inpatient rehabilitation clinics, outpatient rehabilitation and training centers, sleep medicine clinics and facilities specializing in occupational and social reintegration, and coordinates these services to form an integrated supply chain.

Annual reports are labor-intensive and tie up a lot of resources in a company Rehaclinic chose an approach that largely relieved the burden on its own communications department, whose capacities were tied up by a brand relaunch.

To a certain extent, TBS & Partner acted as general contractor: after an intensive concept phase with the CEO and the Head of Strategic Controlling, in which the topic, content, messages and strategic direction were jointly developed, TBS & Partner drafted the design and image concept and interviewed the authors named by the client. This resulted in a structured activity report. During the interviews, the agency photographer also carried out the photo shoots of the responsible authors. The agency, which was already familiar with the corporate strategy due to the strategically sound brand relaunch, held a so-called "strategy meeting" with the company management, which forms the prelude to the annual report. The client's work was therefore limited to the initial definition of the basic strategic direction, providing the necessary information and checking the content.
