New Sales Director at Axel Springer Switzerland

To meet customers' need for a central point of contact, the Sales department in the Business Media division of Axel Springer Switzerland has been restructured. Musti Asaf becomes the new Sales Manager.

The aim of the new key account management is to be able to offer advertisers media consulting services for all business titles from a single source, according to a statement. Bundled cross-media offerings across all titles will further strengthen Axel Springer Switzerland's leading position with top decision-maker target groups.

As part of the reorganization, Musti Asaf (59) was appointed the new Sales Director Switzerland for all business titles (Handelszeitung, Bilanz, Stocks) effective October 1, 2012. All advertising market managers of the individual magazine brands will additionally assume key account functions. Sandra Bruderer (38), Advertising Market Manager of Bilanz, First and Homes, has been appointed Asaf's deputy. Renato Oliva (48) continues as Advertising Market Manager of Handelszeitung, Christoph Schneider is Advertising Market Manager Online, Servais Micolot Advertising Market Manager Western Switzerland. "The goal is to further optimize cross-title marketing across all media channels," says Thomas Garms, Publishing Managing Director Business Media. "In Musti Asaf, we have been able to recruit a very experienced and competent colleague from our own ranks for this challenging task."
