"We wanted to show that we are normal people who try to treat people decently and humanely," says Samuel Gerber, CEO of Livit. With its classic communication presence, the market-leading Swiss real estate manager is also an exception in the industry, as most of its competitors limit themselves to small classified advertisements in the real estate market of the daily and Sunday press. page 10
