Vanessa Gentile becomes Head of Marketing at Salesforce Switzerland
Salesforce Switzerland appoints Vanessa Gentile as its new Head of Marketing, effective March 1, 2022. She succeeds Guntram Friede, who moved within the company last year and took over the European marketing management of Mulesoft.
Vanessa Gentile has been with Salesforce since August 2018 and has many years of experience in the industry. Previously, Gentile worked at Microsoft in various positions such as account management, marketing, and anti-piracy and partner business. She then moved to Oracle, where she built up the partner business in this country.
Gentile is also the founder of the program "Bring Women Back to Work."which was launched just under two years ago and is aimed specifically at women. (Werbewoche.ch reported).
"I'm very excited to take on a new role at Salesforce and to be tasked with working with my team to strengthen the Salesforce brand presence in Switzerland," said Vanessa Gentile of her new role.
