Philipp Semmler leaves the Mediaschneider Group
Philipp Semmler will leave the Mediaschneider Group as of December 31, 2019. At Mediaschneider, he served as Chief Digital Officer and CEO of Hoy. Moritz Schneider currently CTO will lead Hoy as CEO from January 1, 2020.

According to a statement, Philipp Semmler has played a key role in the digitization of Mediaschneider over the past ten years. He has built up the digital consulting unit. In 2016, Philipp Semmler was appointed to the Executive Board as Chief Digital Officer. At the same time, he accompanied the founding of Hoy as CEO and was able to establish the Mediaschneider subsidiary in the market. Now Semmler has decided to take some time out in an initial phase to devote himself to private projects. After that, he wants to take on new professional challenges.
