New Head of Content for Cineman and Teleboy

Cinergy has had a new Head of Content since March 1: The Zurich-based company has brought journalist Philipp Dahm on board to deepen the content of Cineman.ch and Teleboy.ch.

Philipp Dahm comes from the news portal Watson, where he has written for various departments as an all-rounder since its launch in 2014. Prior to that, the 40-year-old spent seven years at the Tamedia publishing house, where he headed the entertainment editorial department of 20 Minuten Online, among other things.

"Cineman and Teleboy have established themselves over the years, but now we need to take the next step," Dahm outlines his task. "We need to make our content more visible and sharpen the content profile - including redesign, building a community and a new social media strategy." In doing so, the newcomer to the management team also relies on native ads: "I've had nothing but good experiences with them at Watson. Creative, clearly labeled native ads with intelligent content achieve far more for a product than conventional hooray advertising."
