The experienced market researcher, who holds degrees in sociology and business administration, joined the company at the end of 2012 and has since been instrumental in shaping the research work and culture of the company, which specializes in radio and television research.

Caroline Kellerhal took up her post as Head of Research at Mediapulse at the end of 2012, coinciding with the launch of the new Mediapulse TV panel. At the beginning, the new TV research was subject to strong criticism, skepticism and increased observation of the market. It is thanks in no small part to Caroline Kellerhal's prudent and responsible research and management work that the Mediapulse TV panel now once again enjoys the full confidence of the market, according to a statement.

Also in 2013, the ExplorRadio project was launched. This project to refresh and update the current radio research has been under its leadership from the start and will be rolled out gradually over the coming year. The currency changeover to the updated radio research will take place on January 1, 2018.

Caroline Kellerhals is leaving the company due to differences of opinion on the prioritization of Mediapulse's strategic projects. Franz Bürgi, Managing Director of Mediapulse, respects this decision and at the same time regrets it very much: "Caroline Kellerhals' responsible personality and attitude is highly appreciated by all employees, clients and members of our boards. We therefore regret all the more her decision to leave the company".

On the future direction and objectives of Mediapulse, Franz Bürgi states; "The demands of the market for increasingly convergent media research present Mediapulse with major challenges. We are taking these seriously with the Swiss Media Data Hub project, just as we are consistently driving forward our current research work and our ongoing projects. The path is right and our research projects are on a good footing. And this is due not least to the valuable work of Caroline Kellerhals, for which we would like to thank her very much on behalf of the management.

Caroline Kellerhals will leave the company at the end of January 2017. Information about the successor will be provided at the appropriate time.
