Emmentaler seeks trademark protection for its hole
The variety organization Emmentaler Switzerland has the hole protected. This writes the Handelszeitung in its current issue.

The corresponding application for a figurative mark was filed with the trademark register a few days ago, as the Handelszeitung reports. The design is based on the cheese dresses that Swiss skiers wore in the 1990s. The design of the former Nati suits is still very well known, says Emmentaler spokeswoman Luana Monopoli. That's why they are interested in protecting it for themselves.
