Boots is the largest drugstore chain in the United Kingdom. As an integral part of the larger stores, the subsidiary Boots Hearingcare has been the first port of call for millions of Britons when it comes to buying hearing aids for many years. Boots Hearingcare aims to continue this success story in the age of digitalization.
For Boots Hearingcare, it was an obvious step to draw on the proven expertise from Zurich, as Y&R Wunderman has already implemented various digital projects with Sonova in the past to their complete satisfaction.

Based on the well-known corporate design of Boots, a digital, multidevice-optimized customer experience was created, which is integrated into the Sonova backend system, but at the same time can retain its independence. Kentico EMS is the name of the system of choice. A user-friendly and overarching CMS that offers a range of tools for digital marketing.

The website intuitively guides customers through the various decision-making processes prior to purchase. This saves time and effort for those affected by hearing loss. Furthermore, extras such as interactive product comparison tables, a hearing test decision aid, a product type finder and an appointment scheduling tool enable a positive user experience.

Jack Dinmore, Head of Digital Boots Hearingcare, is delighted: "We are very excited about the new website. Thanks to the good collaboration with Y&R Wunderman, it was possible to go live after just one month. The hard work is paying off: The conversion rate has developed extremely positively to our satisfaction."

The Y&R Wunderman team is also delighted. Marcel Berberich, Technology Director, comments: "We are proud that we were able to convince an international and renowned company such as Boots Hearingcare of our capabilities and that we have already achieved initial successes in such a short time.

Boots Hearingcare now has a customer-oriented and future-proof web presence - in line with its quality standards in the field of high-tech hearing aids.
