The entry period of Best of Swiss Apps 2017 has started
On November 15, the best apps in Switzerland will be awarded for the fifth time. Work can be submitted from now until September 11. Projects from the field of virtual/augmented reality are expected with particular curiosity this year.
The annual theme of virtual/augmented reality takes into account the fact that virtual worlds and the fusion of reality with additional information are no longer the preserve of a few technology pioneers, but have arrived in the midst of current entrepreneurial considerations, writes the organizer. Therefore, one may be particularly curious to see what ideas and approaches app designers in Switzerland have implemented.
But not only annual theme projects are in demand, but all apps produced in or for Switzerland that have been newly created or revised in the last twelve months or will be in the next few weeks. The jury's focus is on agency skills. In all nine categories, the skills and abilities that make up a successful media product are given greater weight.

Agency ranking for Best of Swiss Apps
Analogous to the agency ranking in the "Best of Swiss Web Awards", there has also been a ranking of the agencies with the most points for Best of Swiss Apps since the last edition. Published annually, this detailed representation of the Swiss app industry is based on the medal table of all Best of Swiss Apps editions. Goals of Best of Swiss Apps
The goals of Best of Swiss Apps are to promote transparency and quality standards in the Swiss app and mobile industry, to disseminate and showcase innovative concepts, and to offer attractive networking opportunities. The core theme of Best of Swiss Apps is the innovative and successful use of app technologies. The submitted projects go through a multi-stage judging process involving a total of more than 60 jury members and, in the case of the master's choice, also the professional audience.
