Sugar and Kargo win the Gurtenfestival as a customer

The two Bernese communication agencies Sugar and Kargo, as an agency group, prevailed in a competitive presentation this late summer and are pleased to serve the Gurtenfestival as a new client.

The Gurtenfestival will celebrate its 35th anniversary next year. At the anniversary edition 2018, the Gurtenfestival will present itself to its visitors in a partly completely new look. This concerns first of all the new and enlarged site plan, which - with the same capacity - gives the audience more freedom of movement. In addition to further structural and content-related optimizations, the Gurtenfestival will also appear with a new brand. A brand that will henceforth be used and maintained both at the level of the annual campaigns, as well as in the festival design and by the organizing company Gurtenfestival. The brand puts its differentiating feature in the center in a simple and self-confident and quickly decodable way; and that is the "mountain" as the breeding ground of the brand offer and experience, so to speak.

The Bern-based agencies Kargo Kommunikation and Sugar Kommunikation are responsible for the comprehensive relaunch. Kargo focuses on brand and communication design as well as online marketing and social media, Sugar on strategy, conception, copywriting and storytelling.

The new brand was launched online yesterday with the announcement of the pre-sale start (on 7.11.17). The work on the annual campaign and the individual communication measures are in full swing and will make in the coming weeks and months step by step on the experience "Gurtenfestival 2018" "gluschtig", as it says in a statement.
