Degen became a small town in the Surselva

The Open Air Lumnezia from July 20-22, 2017 was a success. All 18,500 tickets for the festival in Degen were sold just over a week before the start of the festival. 08Eins is delighted to have contributed to the success of this year's edition with the design of the visual appearance and printed materials as well as the appropriate content for social media.

In an interview with RTR, OC President Norbert Cavegn drew a positive balance. "I am very satisfied. The right mix of the program, the right marketing mix, coupled with years of work on the quality of Open Air Lumnezia have ensured that the festival was already completely sold out a week before it took place. Earlier than the last time in 2010.

In the area of communication, Open Air Lumnezia is supported by 08Eins, which is responsible for the visual appearance, the website and all printed matter.

08Eins is particularly pleased that the reach in the social networks was achieved organically - i.e. without advertising the individual posts with money, according to a press release. Open Air Lumnezia was very active on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and managed to attract the attention of users and get them to interact. This is also reflected in the reach figures, which increased across the board compared to the previous year. Reach that helped ensure that a small town could have been filled with visitors to Open Air Lumnezia.

The work for the next festival always starts when the last one is over. The first step is to conceive and design a new visual identity. Then the website, printed materials and social media channels will be developed further and finally the marketing planning will begin. The highlight of the project will be the penultimate weekend in July next year, when the 08Eins team will be able to support the Open's communications manager directly on site.
