Inter-Punkt created the first annual report of a hospital with the help of virtual reality. In close cooperation with those responsible at the Kantonsspital Aarau (KSA), the web and advertising agency developed a comprehensive concept for this. In the 360° virtual reality tour, the new buildings (Head and Neurocentum) and premises (Center for Emergency Medicine), but also treatment paths (Oncology Center Mittelland) or medical teams (Visceral Surgery) from 2016 are explained and presented in an understandable way.

The viewer takes on the perspective of a patient and navigates interactively through the hospital grounds. Whether it's an ambulance, a doctor's report or an operating room, the user can virtually look over the shoulders of the various experts thanks to 360° technology. The annual report offers a mix of moving and static elements. The new image and film material, which Inter-Punkt created for the KSA, will also be used on the hospital's homepage in the future, in addition to the annual report.

Inter-Punkt has already realized the annual report for the Cantonal Hospital Aarau for the sixth time in a row. Since the switch to online media in 2014, costs have been saved every year since then.

For a comprehensive 360° feeling, interested viewers can visit KSA cardboards at Ksa2016.ch/order request. The annual report is also available as an app for iOS and Android.
